Client Relations Specialist

The Client Relations Specialist is a liaison with customers, providing guidance, advice, and support on a specific product or service. The role involves communication with customers, maintaining up-to-date knowledge, building relationships, and resolving issues. This position facilitates interdepartmental communication and works with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract / specs
• Day-to-day communication with customers / clients, answer questions, manage conflicts and collect feedback
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
• Effectively provide client support and communication
• Facilitate inter departmental communication to provide effective client support
• Identify internal procedures that adversely affect customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with customer service personnel, product management department, service departments and/or sales representatives to streamline information and orders
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Understand contractor, sales representative and customer perspectives
