Job Description
Tremco is seeking a Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead and coordinate teams on residential and commercial roofing projects. The role involves ensuring safety, managing projects, maintaining inventory, and addressing customer service needs. The foreman will report to the Regional Manager and will be responsible for overseeing field operations and achieving project goals.
Requirements
- Conduct onsite safety briefings and ensure all surroundings and equipment are safe.
- Manage project timelines and crew effectiveness, including start and end times.
- Ensure project communication with sales, customers, crew and supervisors.
- Manage inventory and submit project pricing accurate.
- Review project pricing and submit to supervisor for approval.
- Ensure proper appearance and customer interaction for field service.
