Job Description
This Commercial Roofing Foreman position involves daily on-site safety, inspection, project management, team coordination, and quality repairs. The role requires efficient project management, inventory management, and adherence to pricing procedures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safety and quality of repairs for projects and a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Conduct daily on-site safety brief
- Inspect and ensure all surrounding equipment and tools are safe
- Complete daily hazard analysis and submit to supervisors
- Manage crew start and end times and production rates
- Efficient project management
- Complete end-of-day walk through
- Submit project status updates and photos to the Sales Rep
- Ensure high quality repairs and timely project completion
- Manage and document field resource performance
