Job Description
Assists in planning and scheduling orders for production, coordinates shift production activities, and supervises employees. Ensures processes are operating as designed and producing chemicals according to specifications.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Supervisory experience in prior manufacturing role
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and ability to direct workers
- Good Attendance record
- Ability to work 12-hour shift: Dupont Schedule, Day and Graveyard rotation
- Ability to work in the US without sponsorship
