Job Description
Roofing Project Superintendent (Hourly) at Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc. is seeking experienced Roofing Project Superintendents/Project Managers to oversee commercial and industrial roofing construction projects. Responsibilities include issue resolution, coordination with subcontractors, ensuring specifications are met, reporting on project status, and owner satisfaction. 5-10 years of relevant experience is required.
Requirements
- Proven track record in running and supervising commercial and industrial roofing construction projects.
- Ability to resolve project issues and problems.
- Experience with built-up roofing systems (5-10 years)
- Experience with single ply roofing systems, building construction, field fabrication of metal work
- Experience with project records and stakeholder interface.
- Ability to keep project records.
