Construction Litigation Shareholder (10+ years)
10+ years in construction litigation. Expertise in lien law, environmental regulations, and government contracting. Portable practice a plus
Employment Law Shareholder (10+ years)
10+ years experience in employment law. Ability to advise and defend clients on a variety of legal matters. Portable practice with ability to build a practice
Employment Law Associate (2+ years)
2+ years of experience in employee relations, compliance and litigation. Must be licensed to practice in Florida. US/AEH employment law experience is a plus
Summer Associate
Law students selected for summer programs. Researching case law & drafting documents. Observing depositions, trials, etc
Healthcare Litigation Attorney
3+ yrs healthcare litigation exp. strong communication/collaboration skills. Proven ability to synthesize complex issues in legal documents
Business Transactions Associate
4+ years of experience, public company work, and SEC filings. Strong academic performance is required. Excellent writing and customer service skills also essential
Trusts, Estate Planning, Probate Shareholder (10+ years)
10+ years experience in estate/wealth planning. LL.M. or similar experience preferred. Portable practice or LLM in tax is a plus
