Job Description
This role requires an experienced attorney specializing in estate/wealth planning, probate administration, guardianships, and succession planning. The successful candidate will have a portable practice, an LL.M. or similar experience, and a history of contributing to the growth of the practice. Extensive planning and tax experience is expected.
Requirements
- Experience in estate planning, probate administration, guardianships, and succession planning.
- Ability to work with sophisticated clients and large estates.
- Experience with complex planning and tax issues.
