Lead a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth through online sales channels, upselling, cross-selling, and renewing contracts.
Requirements
- 3 years or more of experience in customer success, upselling, cross-selling, or acquiring new customers in B2C products
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Practical experience in tech-touch (using email or in-app messages for one-to-many sales activities)
- Proficiency in English
- Experience with CRM and MA tools (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo)
- Data analysis skills (experience with Excel and BI tools)
- Leadership/management experience in similar roles
