Solutions Engineer

Solutions Engineer responsible for driving compelling demos and proof of concepts to showcase security automation capabilities, integration with third-party services, and customer success.

Requirements

• Ability to listen to customer problems and work with sales team to demonstrate a solution
• Provide Proof of Concept service to pre-sales clients and maintain ongoing customer relationship
• Work in fast-paced environment under minimal supervision
• Share best practices with other SEs to enhance quality of service and efficiency
• Develop subject matter expertise in assigned products and solutions
• Willing to travel regionally for customers facing activities, as well as marketing and user group events
• Channel feature requests to Product Management to enhance Trend Micro products
• Deliver partner presentations, events, and webinars
