Requirements

• 3+ years in Forward Deployed Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Critical IT Infrastructure roles
• Solid hands-on experience with Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu), Windows Server, and enterprise networking
• Strong technical skills in Red Hat OpenShift / VMware Tanzu and Kubernetes (managing Pods, Services, Deployments, ReplicaSets, StatefulSets)
• Experience with Terraform CLI and managing cloud or hybrid infrastructure
• Hardware & Virtualization: Experience with hardware maintenance, troubleshooting, and cluster management is highly desirable
