Requirements
- Order processing, handling, and administration of customer inquiries and calibration orders
- Communication with customers regarding quotes, delivery times, order status, and complaints
- Coordination between the logistics, calibration laboratory, accounting, and sales departments
- Cooperation within the Trescal group, order assignment to other branches, and outsourcing to partner companies
- Creation and maintenance of order documentation and reporting
- Support of the branch management in complaint management and complaint handling
- Support in optimizing customer service processes to increase customer satisfaction
- Invoice checking and approval
