Process Engineer II

We are looking for a Process Engineer to help establish and maintain operating parameters for plant equipment, provide technical support to production, maintenance, and process teams, and oversee the proper functioning of manufacturing lines. As a Trex Process Engineer, you will be looked to as an innovator in the manufacturing process and expected to lead the development and optimization of manufacturing processes and procedures for wood/plastic composites, ensuring efficient operation and adherence to quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing (or chemical process operations) environment
• Experience in manufacturing processes and procedures of wood/plastic composites and/or extrusion processes
