Requirements

• High school diploma/GED is preferred
• Experience in wire harness production, aerospace manufacturing, or a similar field is preferred
• Working knowledge of soldering, wire crimping and testing equipment is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work well both individually and in a team setting
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and 50+ pounds with assistance
• Ability to operate a pallet jack with training
• Ability to use ladders and step stools as needed to reach high items
• Ability to withstand sustained periods of standing, sitting, walking, bending, and kneeling
• Ability to use a high level of manual dexterity
• Ability to use close vision, peripheral vision, color vision, depth perception, and adjust focus
