Engineering Project Manager

Power Connector, LLC is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead end-to-end project management for engineering initiatives, develop and maintain detailed project plans, and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technical project management
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
• Experience working in cross-functional environments
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and project lifecycle management
• Understanding of quality systems, risk management, and compliance standards
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies
