Production Assembler

Power Connector, LLC is seeking a Production Assembler to contribute to the company's growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing skills and experience working in a dynamic and growing organization.

Requirements

• Assembly of raw materials
• Breaking down of raw materials as needed for each product
• Organization of necessary components to build product
• Assembly of product in accordance with daily, weekly, and monthly shipment lists
• Capable of manipulating items with weights less than or equal to 30 pounds
• Perform general housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Safe use of tools required during assembly
• Upholding quality standards while meeting production quotas
• Contributing to a safe, accident-free working environment
• Proficient in assembly of product in accordance with skills matrix
• Proficient in training of assembly of product in accordance with skills matrix
• Inspecting, testing, or measuring materials, products, installations, or work for conformance to specifications
• Measuring dimensions of products to verify conformance to specifications
• Reading blueprints, data, manuals, or other materials to determine specifications
• Conducting routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials, raw materials, environmental samples, finished goods, or stability samples
• Recording inspection or test data
• Marking items with details such as grade or acceptance-rejection status
• Interpreting test results and making recommendations
• Performing visual inspections of finished products
• Notifying supervisors or other personnel of production problems
• Completing documentation needed to support testing procedures
• Discarding or rejecting products, materials, or equipment not meeting specifications
• Calibrating, validating, or maintaining laboratory equipment
• Grading, classifying, or sorting products according to sizes, weights, colors, or other specifications
