Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, with a focus on quantitative research and technical hiring (preferably in quantitative finance, technology, or a related field)
- Familiarity with the skill sets and qualifications required for quantitative finance roles (e.g., quantitative researchers, traders, and data scientists) as well as technical positions (e.g., software engineers, data engineers, machine learning specialists).
- Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation, with a track record of successfully hiring high-caliber talent.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
