Job Description
Seeking an Assistant Community Manager to manage tenant relations, coordinate repairs and maintenance, and direct day-to-day activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience managing an apartment community and leasing
- Demonstrated financial administration of budgets and operational review and analysis
- Ability to exercise judgment and discretion
