Hospice Registered Nurse (RN), Per Diem

Tri-Cities Chaplaincy is seeking a Per Diem Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality hospice care in the comfort of patients' homes. The RN will be responsible for delivering skilled nursing care, pain management, and emotional support to patients facing end-of-life challenges. The role requires collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, covering on-call shifts, and providing care at the Hospice House.

Requirements

• Current and Unrestricted Registered Nurse Licensure in Washington State
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Excellent critical thinking and critical thinking skills
• Moderate computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• One year of post-graduate nursing experience, preferably in hospice, palliative care, home health, or acute care
• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to independently drive within Tri-Cities Chaplaincy’s service areas to provide in-home patient and family services and support in clients' homes, facilities, and community locations
• Available to work two (2) shifts per month
• Available to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Available to work two (2) holidays per twelve (12) month period

• Mileage Reimbursement: $0.72 per mile for eligible positions
