Tri‑Cities Community Health is a federally qualified health center that delivers comprehensive, patient‑centered medical services—including primary care, dental, optometry, pharmacy, behavioral health, and endocrinology—to underserved populations across Pasco, Kennewick, Richland, and surrounding communities. The organization operates six clinical sites and offers a sliding fee scale to ensure access for all patients, regardless of insurance or income status.

Registered Nurse
Graduate of an accredited nursing program, current RN licensing, and 1 year of nursing experience in an ambulatory care setting or community health center
Certified Medical Assistant
High school diploma, 1 year of experience, current CMA license, and CPR certification
Dental Hygienist
Associate degree in Dental Hygiene, 1 year of clinical experience, WA state Registered Dental Hygiene license, CPR certification, and proficiency in English and another language
Janitor - Float
High school diploma or GED, 1 year of custodial or janitorial experience, and ability to work weekends and holidays
Certified Medical Assistant
High school diploma or GED, 1+ year of experience, Certified Medical Assistant license from Washington, CPR certification
Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician
MD or DO degree & residency in OB/GYN or similar. Board certification preferred. Must have current license & DEA
Internal Medicine Physician
MD/DO degree from accredited medical school and residency in the specialty. Board certification or eligibility is preferred. Current license to practice and DEA
Dental Hygienist
Associate degree in Dental Hygiene or Bachelor's. 1 year clinical experience is preferred, plus WA state RDHA license and CPR certification
Registered Nurse
Bachelor's in Nursing or RN program required. Current RN license and BLS/ACLS/PALS are essential. 1+ year nursing experience preferred
Operator Scheduler Mon-Fri 830am-530pm
High school diploma, 1 year of experience with multiline phone systems, and proficiency in English and another language preferred
