Patient Service Specialist III

Tri-Cities Community Health is seeking a Patient Service Specialist III to join their Care Teams across all care sites. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage multiple responsibilities, and possess strong organizational skills. This is a union/non-exempt position with a competitive hourly wage of $18.44-$20.77, with the potential to earn up to $23.86/hour.

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or GED
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in general medical, dental, BHS, or specialized medical setting
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously across multiple departments and facilities
• Current Drivers License and vehicle insurance
• Completion of yearly competency trainings on customer service, UDS data, migrant and seasonal worker populations, insurance, and sliding fees programs
