Personal Banker

We are seeking a Personal Banker to establish and grow relationships of trust with our customers by listening to them, learning about their financial circumstances, and introducing them to products and services that address their needs and goals.

Requirements

• Conduct an average of approximately 12 or more customer conversations daily
• Present to customers the features and benefits of various bank products and services
• Maintain collaborative relationships with other financial services professionals
• Employ appropriate solutions for customers and follow through on commitments
• Maintain accurate sales records and reviews sales results with Branch Manager
