The Personal Banker role is responsible for establishing and growing relationships of trust with Tri Counties Bank's customers by listening to them with attention and care, learning about their financial circumstances, assisting them with transactions, and expertly introducing them to products and services that address their needs and goals.
Requirements
- Conduct an average of approximately 12 or more customer conversations daily.
- Present to customers the features and benefits of: Consumer Checking Accounts, Consumer Savings Accounts, Certificates Of Deposit, Online Banking, Bill Pay, Mobile Banking, Debit Cards, Overdraft Privilege Coverage
- Maintain collaborative relationships with other Tri Counties Bank financial services professionals providing specialized services in: Home mortgage lending, Investment Advisory, Commercial Lending, Business Corporate & Purchasing Cards, Treasury Management, Merchant Card Services, Direct Banking
