Personal Banker or Senior Banker

Requirements

• Conduct an average of approximately 12 or more customer conversations daily.
• Present to customers the features and benefits of various bank products.
• Maintain accurate sales records and regularly reviews sales results with Branch Manager.
• Ensure that all customer transactions are handled accurately and timely according to guidelines.
• Maintain a current understanding of Bank policies and procedures.
• Maintain a current understanding of and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Assist in training branch team members, on product knowledge and skill development when necessary.
• Assist other team members in non-primary assigned duties whenever necessary and perform other work-related duties as assigned.
