Job Description
The job of a DOE Teacher involves supervising and coordinating a classroom, ensuring compliance with Head Start Performance Standards and DOE Requirements, and planning activities for pre-school children.
Requirements
- Must have a baccalaureate or advanced degree in early childhood education or equivalent
- Must meet the qualification requirements set forth in NJ/PA licensing regulations
- Must have New Jersey's P-3 certification: CE, CEA, or Standard Cert
- Must have car available on a daily basis
