CNC Team Leader (1st Shift)

Tri-Mack is a leading manufacturer of high-temperature thermoplastic components. The CNC Team Leader will support their team to minimize scrap and maximize productivity while adhering to quality systems and ISO requirements. The position involves monitoring team members, ensuring quality, and facilitating processes to keep work flowing smoothly.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a CNC manufacturing setting
• Leadership and team-building skills
• Experience with ERP systems beneficial but not required
• Strong blueprint interpretation skills and understanding of tolerance specifications
• Good working knowledge of GD&T
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and analytical skills
