Job Description
Our company connects machine data with intelligent solutions, focusing on smart solutions in the German industry. The AI & Agentic Workflow Engineer will develop AI-assisted assistants using RAG architectures and agentic workflows, focusing on model performance and security. The role involves working closely with security and data engineering teams.
Requirements
- Experience with LangChain/Haystack (or other AI frameworks)
- Understanding of Vektor databases (e.g., Chroma, Weaviate, Pgvector)
- Adequate basic knowledge of AI security & compliance
- Experience in building (On-Premises) agentic systems
- Python/Rust programming skills
- Fine-tuning of Open-Source LLMs
- UX understanding for Chat/Voice Assistants
- Experience with Multi-Agent Orchestration
- Cloud-LLM Deployment
- Knowledge of DevSecOps for AI
