Tri Scapes is seeking a Business Development Representative to expand our commercial portfolio and secure new long-term service agreements. This role focuses on building high-value business-to-business partnerships and representing a respected brand in the commercial contracting environment.

Requirements

• Proven success in business-to-business sales, preferably in landscape services, construction, facilities management, or a related contracting industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision makers
• Experience selling service agreements, projects, or contracted work
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings
