Tri Scapes is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to expand our commercial portfolio and secure new long term service agreements.
Requirements
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, outreach, and targeted market engagement
- Build and manage relationships with commercial, municipal, and institutional clients
- Conduct site assessments to understand scope, specifications, and contract requirements
- Develop customized proposals for multi year service agreements and capital or enhancement opportunities
- Present pricing packages and negotiate contract terms with key decision makers
- Partner closely with operations to ensure accurate estimating and smooth project onboarding
- Manage all activity within Salesforce to maintain clarity throughout the sales cycle
- Represent Tri Scapes at industry events, associations, and relevant networking functions
- Maintain a strong understanding of regional competition, market trends, and contracting opportunities
