Job Description
We are an established and respected General Contracting Company seeking an experienced Commercial Carpenter with construction experience to fill a key role in the Escondido, CA area.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on carpentry experience in commercial or retail construction
- Previous experience working in Wal-Marts, Vons, Albertsons, Safeway, CVS etc. is a PLUS
- Familiarity with demolition, framing, finish carpentry, and specialty installations
- Experience working on active job sites with multiple trades and tight schedules
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods on active construction sites
- Ability to lift and carry materials or equipment of up to 75 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders, scaffolding, and work at heights as needed
- Must be able to work 90% Nights
- Must be able to Travel
- Clean Driving Record
