Job Description
Heavy Haul Truck Driver responsible for operating multi-axle tractors and trailers, including overweight/oversize loads, and delivering equipment and supplies. Responsible for compliance with FMCSA and DOT rules and regulations, and for safe and proper loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
Requirements
- Operate multi-axle tractors and trailers
- Comply with FMCSA and DOT rules and regulations
- Load and unload equipment and materials safely and properly
- Assist in driving specialized equipment to and from vendor locations
- Document and maintain routing information
- Perform periodic and annual preventive maintenance and inspections on vehicle fleet
- Complete relevant permits and records
