The Corporate Recruiter manages the full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels of the business.
Requirements
- Manage assigned open requisitions and candidate activity for a variety of positions
- Work closely with hiring managers in various departments
- Identify strategies to proactively source passive candidates
- Create effective job postings
- Manage job boards and postings
- Communicate our culture, benefits, and company perks to candidates
- Document interview questions and candidate responses
- Proactively oversee the proper steps in the workflow
- Create and send offer letters and job descriptions
- Initiate background check and monitor its completion
- Maintain daily recruiting reports
