Job Description

Requirements
- Perform residential installations and repairs for video, internet, and phone services using both coax and fiber technologies
- Install and terminate fiber optic cabling, including drop installation and in-home setup
- Troubleshoot and repair coax and fiber systems using appropriate meters and diagnostic tools
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure compliance and job site safety
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily service goals
- Represent Triage Partners professionally with customers, providing excellent service and communication
