As a Paid Advertising Specialist, you will own the performance and optimization of our paid advertising campaigns, contributing to patient enrollment across clinical trials.
Requirements
- Paid Advertising Expertise – Proven experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns, with strong Meta (Facebook/Instagram) performance skills
- Performance-Driven Mindset – You focus on outcomes, continuously test and iterate, and take ownership of results
- Analytical Strength – You’re comfortable working with data, identifying patterns, and making informed optimization decisions
- Middle-of-Funnel Optimization Skills – Experience improving landing pages, forms, and conversion flows to increase performance

- Clear Communication – You can explain performance, insights, and decisions clearly to cross-functional teams
