Services Sales Leader

The Head of Account Management for Services will lead strategic client relationships and drive revenue growth across Trianz's Platform Services and Transformation Services client portfolio. This role is responsible for building and nurturing executive-level relationships, identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts, and ensuring client success across digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in account management, client relationship management, or business development within IT services or consulting
• Proven track record of managing large, complex client accounts with annual revenues of $200M
• Deep experience in digital/technology transformation, cloud services, data/analytics, or enterprise technology services
• Executive presence and ability to engage with C-level stakeholders on business strategy and technology transformation
• Strong business acumen with understanding of financial models, contract structures, and profitability management
• Excellent relationship building, negotiation, and influence skills
• Strategic thinking with ability to identify opportunities and develop compelling value propositions
• Strong program management and coordination skills across multiple workstreams and teams
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities
