Building Caretaker PT

Tribe Management is seeking a part-time Building Caretaker to work 30 hours a week, responsible for administrative and maintenance duties, including showing suites for rent and maintaining accurate files.

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience as a Building Caretaker
• Strong maintenance skills and knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act
• Organized, motivated and professional
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office computer applications
