Job Description
Arthrex TriCoast is seeking a highly motivated Shoulder Arthroplasty Sales Manager to join our fast-paced, dedicated team.
Requirements
- Maintain and develop positive and professional relationships with Physicians, Consultants, Residency and Fellowship programs, key customers, and accounts.
- Plan and monitor progress to successfully achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Evaluates strategic opportunities and challenges with select accounts and outlines solutions in meetings with Agency Leadership.
- Lead instructional cadaveric Shoulder Arthroplasty lab sessions for OR staff and Surgeons.
- Demonstrate effective organizational skills, including but not limited to, inventory and freight management.
