Requirements

- Prior experience in customer service or guest-facing roles preferred.

- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
- A positive attitude and willingness to step in and assist when needed.
- Flexible availability based on operational needs, including weekdays, evenings, or weekends.
