Commercial Development Program (Graduate) - USA

The Commercial Development Program (CDP) is a structured, multi-year rotational program designed to develop Tricon's next generation of commercial leaders. Participants will rotate through core commercial areas, gaining hands-on experience in how physical trades are structured, executed, priced, and risk-managed.

Requirements

• Recent or soon-to-be graduates
• Degree in a relevant field including, but not limited to: Business, Finance, Economics, or Supply Chain
• Chemical Engineering
• Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or Analytics
• Other quantitative or commercially focused disciplines
• Strong academic performance demonstrating analytical rigor and intellectual curiosity
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Core Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with incomplete or ambiguous information
• Commercial mindset and genuine interest in global trade and commodity markets
• Mental agility and resilience in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
• Ability to make sound decisions under time pressure and take ownership of outcomes
• Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to work across cultures and functions
• High level of integrity, curiosity, and willingness to continuously learn
