The Commercial Development Program (CDP) is a structured, multi-year rotational program designed to develop Tricon's next generation of commercial leaders. Participants will rotate through core commercial areas, gaining hands-on experience in how physical trades are structured, executed, priced, and risk-managed.
Requirements
- Recent or soon-to-be graduates
- Degree in a relevant field including, but not limited to: Business, Finance, Economics, or Supply Chain
- Chemical Engineering
- Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or Analytics
- Other quantitative or commercially focused disciplines
- Strong academic performance demonstrating analytical rigor and intellectual curiosity
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Core Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with incomplete or ambiguous information
- Commercial mindset and genuine interest in global trade and commodity markets
- Mental agility and resilience in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
- Ability to make sound decisions under time pressure and take ownership of outcomes
- Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to work across cultures and functions
