Credit Analyst

We are looking for a Credit Analyst to analyze customer financial statements, authorize or recommend credit limits, and manage credit related activities for assigned products. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, and at least 8 years of experience in a credit role.

Requirements

• Analyze customer financial statements and authorize or recommend credit limits.
• Liaise with Tricon Traders, Customers, and Banks to discuss credit matters, resolve issues and verify financial and credit transactions.
• Tracking LC transactions and structuring of transactions.
• Regular reporting to the Credit Manager of global exposures.
• Manage credit related activities for assigned products.
• Assess and evaluate current and new business opportunities.
• Provide support to senior management in risk assessment and decision making.
• Request and review third party credit reports and credit references.
• Visit customers to assess credit worthiness.
• Manage credit data in JD Edwards.
• Monitor exposure, release orders and manage collections of their own portfolio.
• Prepare and review reports to monitor exposures.
• Uphold internal credit policies and procedures.
