Job Description
The Operations Executive - Night Shift (Outbound) role is responsible for managing product and documentation flow to customers and freight providers, maintaining accurate data in the company's TMS system, and ensuring efficient management of import and export customs processes. The role involves developing and managing relationships with service providers, tracking container movement, and making freight bookings. Desired skills and experience include a bachelor's degree in finance, supply chain, or related business field, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and 4+ years of logistics experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Supply Chain, or related business field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience working in a TMS system (preferred)
- 4+ years of logistics or physical commodity movement experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of Incoterms, import/export procedures, and documentation (preferred)
- Fluency in English
