Maintenance Technician III

Maintenance Technician III is responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs. The role requires strong communication skills, exceptional customer service, and the ability to manage and complete service requests efficiently.

Requirements

• Skilled in installation, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair systems
• Experience in leveraging technology (laptop, iPad, iPhones, etc.)
• Ability to work on-call and overtime hours, as needed
• Ability to correspond (in writing and verbally) effectively with team members, residents, and vendors
• Work safely, wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
