Vice President, Corporate Reporting

The Vice President, Corporate Reporting is responsible for directing Tricon's corporate accounting and reporting function, overseeing accounting activities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role requires a deep expertise in finance, accounting, and internal controls.

Requirements

• Mentor and lead a high-performing accounting team
• Provide coaching, career development, and training
• Lead a team covering financial reporting, key performance indicators, special projects, and ad hoc analysis
• Responsible for the development and maintenance of strong financial reporting systems and controls
• Ensure financial transactions, policies, and procedures meet corporate objectives and regulatory requirements
• Partner at all levels of the organization to develop and implement financial reporting initiatives
• Manage the preparation and review of financial reports and statements
• Direct/lead annual audit process and resolve complex accounting matters
• Oversee and enforce proper internal controls
