We’re looking for a driven, high-performing supervisor who’s ready to take the next step into Plant Manager and lead a 20 team member operation with vision, ownership, and impact.
Requirements
- Experience leading manufacturing, production, or distribution of 20 team members
- Strong skills in hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management.
- Background handling production schedules, workflow, and staffing.
- Proven track record to meet performance goals along with safety and quality standards.
- Experience coordinating supervisors and production floor personnel.
- Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.
- Solid understanding of handling budgets and driving operational plans.
- Demonstrated ability to build positive team culture and maintain strong partner/customer relationships.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and dedication to a safe workplace.
- Strong communication skills for reporting and leadership updates.
- At least five years of experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Formal education in management, operations, or business preferred.
