Requirements
- Daily job site supervision and management of construction activities
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and project owners
- Ensure all projects are executed in accordance with plans, specifications, and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and generate status reports for management
- Enforce compliance with safety regulations and company safety policies on all sites
- Manage scheduling and resources to meet project deadlines
- Identify and resolve issues or delays proactively to keep projects on track
