Traveling Superintendent

Trident Construction Group seeks a dedicated Traveling Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and client satisfaction. This dynamic role requires travel to diverse job sites and involves coordinating with subcontractors, driving safety compliance, and maintaining effective communication with project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Daily job site supervision and management of construction activities
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and project owners
• Ensure all projects are executed in accordance with plans, specifications, and quality standards
• Monitor project progress and generate status reports for management
• Enforce compliance with safety regulations and company safety policies on all sites
• Manage scheduling and resources to meet project deadlines
• Identify and resolve issues or delays proactively to keep projects on track
