Job Description
The Assembler 1 is an entry-level manufacturing position requiring no prior experience. The role involves physically folding mats, boxing and palletizing finished products, and preparing posts by applying decals and punching holes.

- Manufacturing background
- Assembly line knowledge and experience
- Excellent safety and attendance record
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work shift, and report on time for scheduled shifts
- Strong communication skills
- Basic knowledge in math
- Basic computer skills
- Understands production rates and production schedules
- Ability to balance and achieve results in the areas of Safety, Quality, Productivity and Cost Reduction
- Ability to multi-task
- Self-motivated and able to work with little or no supervision
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
