Senior Product Designer

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who's passionate about simplifying the complexity of healthcare operations through thoughtful, user-centered design. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams to build intuitive experiences that directly improve patient care delivery and facility operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, preferably with experience in B2B SaaS healthcare, healthtech, or other complex industries
• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional UX thinking, crisp interaction design, and polished visual execution
• Expertise with modern design and prototyping tools (especially Figma)
• Expertise in building and maintaining agile design systems (especially in fast-moving product environments)
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is energized by ambiguity, iteration, and real-time feedback
• Deep empathy for users, especially clinicians, patients, and operational teams
• Comfortable collaborating across disciplines and communicating design decisions clearly and persuasively
