Social Media & Desktop Support Specialist

Trigyn's direct financial client is looking for a motivated individual to join core Level 3 Operations team who is interested in supporting cutting-edge social media applications for the enterprise. The primary responsibility is to support the Social Media cloud services solutions that enables our Financial Advisors and Bankers to communicate with their clients via social media (LinkedIn, Twitter & Facebook).

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in English
• Windows desktop support
• Browser support (IE & Chrome)
• Troubleshooting of services for outage handling and root cause analyses
• Resolving/managing user tickets and escalations
• Problem management
• Experience supporting social networking in an enterprise environment, including Twitter, Facebook & LinkedIn
• Experience working and collaborating with external vendors
• Experience working with clients (users) to resolve tickets and issues
