Job Description
This position provides direct and indirect holistic care to patients and their families, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare team members. It requires a Registered Nurse with at least 1-2 years of OR experience, BSN completion within 5 years, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certification (preferred). The role emphasizes patient advocacy, ethical decision-making, and team collaboration in a PRN/Optional setting.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing
- New hires required to obtain BSN within 5 years
- Minimum of 1-2 years of OR RN experience
- BLS/ACLS/PALS certification is preferred
