Job Description
Charge Nurse - Med Surg Urology role at TriHealth Bethesda North Hospital, responsible for coordinating daily patient care, identifying care issues, and promoting staff development through mentoring and continuing education. Requirements
- Certification within specialty area within two years of assuming position
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS)
- ACLS/PALS certification may be required but is dependent on unit or department
- ECG interpretation competency and ACLS certification within 12 months of assuming role
- Maintains ECG competency and ACLS certification while in role
- Registered Nurse licensure
- Minimum of 2-3 years Clinical in Nursing experience
- Previous charge or lead experience strongly preferred
