New Grad Nurse Residency Program RN - Bethesda North Hospital

TriHealth is seeking new graduate Registered Nurse (RN) candidates to participate in a Staff RN Residency Program. This year-long program combines didactic instruction, application-level clinical practice, evidence-based project work, and debriefing opportunities, designed to transition advanced graduate and new student nurses into proficient critical care nurses. The program aims to develop clinical leadership, decision-making skills, and research-based practice.

Requirements

• Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing
• Current, valid unencumbered RN license in the State of Ohio
• Up to 1 year of Clinical Nursing experience
• Recent graduate
